Live-blogging RSDC 2007

So, I finally completed a long-overdue chore and finished tagging all my posts from last year’s Rational Software Development Conference (the tags were lost when I migrated from Blogger to WordPress.)

Of course, I hope it’ll be even BETTER this year – with a new laptop that hopefully WON’T die in the middle of the conference, I hope to be blogging uninterrupted. AND this year, we’ll have twitter, too (God help you all).

I’ll have a new audience and a new focus with the new job in Rational Client Support and Knowledge Management. I’ll be talking to as many people as I can about their eSupport experience and how we can make it better for them.
