We need a new kitchen faucet.

Our current faucet (dating from the 70s-80s) is chipped and leaky and stained and stoopid. We’ve been talking about replacing it forever…. or for at least as long as we’ve owned this house.

So, we could get a $600 Kohler reproduction antique faucet thingamabob, or we could go with an original classic – the Dishmaster M76XL, made in the same factory somewhere in America’s heartland since 1948.

It’s just so right I can hardly stand it.
